Where all do you ship in India?
ArmourMe can currently delivers to all Indian states, except Kashmir, Andaman Nicobar & Lakshadweep. Stay tuned for more exciting announcements on social media!
What is the estimated delivery time?
We ship throughout the week, except on Sundays & Public holidays only through reputed logistics partners. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of order. Orders placed from Mumbai are delivered within 2 working days after dispatch and others orders will take 5-6 Days.
For international shipping, the estimated delivery time can vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method chosen. Generally, international orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of the order. However, the actual delivery time will depend on several factors, including the destination country, shipping method, customs clearance, distance, and local public holidays.
While most international orders are delivered within a reasonable timeframe, the maximum shipping time will be 15 days from the date of dispatch. Customers are usually provided with an estimated delivery window during the checkout process, taking into account the destination and shipping option selected.
Please note that factors beyond our control, such as customs processing and unforeseen events, may occasionally cause delays. We work with reputed logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays that may occur.
How do I track my order?
When your order is processed, you will receive a mail with tracking number & link. Please use this tracking number for additional information regarding your shipment.
How are my items shipped?
We ship our products in an Box so that the product stays at room temperature until you’re ready to coat to surface!

We currently do ship to India, UAE, UK, Europe, Canada, USA & Mexico.

Exchange Policy
RETURNS
Due to the complex temperature and packaging requirements for shipping our products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. If you experience an issue with your order, please email info@ArmourMe.in. We'll do everything we can to make it up to you!
IN-STORE PURCHASES
Any returns or refunds for products purchased from a retail store or from another location other than our website should be directed to where the product was purchased.

ORDER CANCELLATION
After placing the order, the customer can cancel the order within 24 hours if he/she wishes to, by e-mailing us or calling us on the details provided in the contact section.
In case a payment has already been made, the refund amount will be processed via the same payment gateway which was used to make the payment within 5 working days.
Only defective and damaged products will be replaced within 2 working days from the day of delivery. Packs once opened cannot be returned.
